Sounds like a great show and I would love to include a piece or two.

Thing is, my work for the past years has been free standing sculptures. The bases have become very secure and rarely cover anything more than a 12″ W X 8″ D base, so a window sill or any recessed area could work very well without special installment.

Lastly, to make things worse, I will be doing artist-stuff in Latvia until late July, so I would need to send a friend to collect the sculpts.

Anyway, I want to at least apply because I am dedicated to this community, but complicated applications suck.

Just let me know if I should go ahead, or
if I’m adding more problems to the cause.

Thanks, and hope the show goes great. I’ll attend either way!

Hi Chris, Thanks for reaching out. Rio Gallery II, where the exhibit will take place, has no windows or pedestals. So this year’s The Uptown Arts Review can only feature 2-dimentional works. Additional exhibition opportunities will be available in the future. If you have other questions, please email NoMAA Gallery.
