- NoMAA does not rent out the first floor gallery space and has no rental space for exhibitions.
- NoMAA does not have full-time private studio space. Rentals are hourly or daily only.
- Individual members may not charge a fee to participate in any activities in the studios. A Small Arts Business membership is required to hold ticketed classes.
- Members renting any studio are responsible for leaving the space broom-swept, in the same condition as the studio was found. Contact the Studio Manager, Jesús Santana, right away with any issues at studios@nomaanyc.org.
