ASL interpreters are available by request with at least two weeks’ notice.
Accessibility at The Met Cloisters is somewhat limited for wheelchair users and others who need step-free access due to the building’s landmark status. A free shuttle service is available to visitors requiring step-free access to enter the building. A limited number of wheelchairs are available for use free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Ask at the Admissions Desk in the Main Hall.
Format: This program typically starts with a welcome in the classroom before heading to the galleries for an interactive tour.
Free, though advance registration is required. Space is limited.
