New Heritage Films/New Heritage Theatre Group presents “Power to the People: Ali, An American Hero”

We hope everyone comes out for this powerful film, ALI, AMERICAN HERO, written by the multi-award-winning filmmaker, producer, writer, and activist, Jamal Joseph.  This feature film is about Muhammed Ali’s tenacious spirit and his powerful and complicated relationship with Malcom X.  There will be a talkback with Mr. Joseph and special guests after the screening.

This is the final 2025-2026 event of this season’s Reel Legacy Film Series coming up on Saturday, June 13, 2026, 6:30pm, at the Robert F. Smith Center for the Performing Arts, in the Denny Farrell Riverbank State Park, 679 Riverside Drive at West 145^th.
