Please join this 1 hour virtual workshop where guided imagery will be used as access to connecting with your strengths and gifts during this time when so many of us are experiencing exhaustion and overwhelm. As part of this workshop we will do a brief art/breath meditation, create art based on our journey, journal and share together.

*Please note that this is a workshop, not therapy. Within these parameters, participants will choose their level of participation, which includes sharing or not sharing their artwork.
