The Scandinavian Music Festival
The Scandinavian Music Festival is a unique series of three concerts performed by members of the Scandia Symphony on Sundays in June on Billings Lawn in Fort Tryon Park. Events start at 2:00 PM. Program content features Classical, Romantic and Contemporary music by composers of all five Scandinavian countries.
The Scandia String Quartet will present their repertoire of works by Scandinavian composers Jean Sibelius, Edvard Grieg and others.
