Artist Christopher Priore has lived and had his studio in Washington Heights for over two decades. A pioneer of skywriting as an art medium, he has also contributed to innovative painting practices through a sustained exploration of bringing his artworks off the wall and out into the viewer’s physical space. Priore has had solo gallery and museum exhibitions in New York and nationally. He holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University, School of Art and an MFA in Painting from Savannah College of Art and Design. This year he achieved his SHRM-SPC through coursework at Fordham University, while teaching at Bergen Community College.
