Jazz on the Hill
William Theodore Carney III–known as TC the 3rd–grew up in Philadelphia, the son of local music legends Trudy Pitts and “Mr. C” who provided his unique musical training as well as exposure to the world of Jazz. During the last 30 years, TC has developed, initiated, inspired, and led several Philadelphia/New York-based Jazz bands. Sugar Hill Museum is proud to partner with Jazz Foundation of America to bring his amazing sound to the plaza for a special outdoor performance!
