Faith Ringgold published 16 illustrated children’s books that tell often difficult stories of important people, ideas & histories. Original paintings for two of those books, Aunt Harriet’s Underground Railroad in the Sky and Harlem Renaissance Party, are on view now at the museum. Closes September 2026.
