LMCC is thrilled to announce the Open Call for the 2023 Arts Center Residency & 2023 SU-CASA!
?The Arts Center Residency offers 4-month residency on Governors Island to New York City-based artists currently in need of studio space and interested in short-term residencies focused on experimentation, ongoing development, and being in dialogue with fellow residents. Process-based and self-directed artists and creative practitioners are well-suited to apply!
?SU-CASA offers community arts engagement and places individual artists at senior centers across Manhattan. Artists interested in facilitating community-based arts learning sharing arts experiences with older adults are welcome to apply. Applicants comfortable in leading projects in Spanish, Mandarin and Cantonese are highly encouraged!
