“ Imagining the Artist Book,” a virtual exhibition hosted by New York Public Library, The Hudson Park Branch is now online.

The show offers selections from ten of my Artist Books scanning approximately thirteen years.

As part of the show, there will be a live interview conducted in my NYC studio. The interview will take place on

The book form gives the visual artist a broad platform to explore important themes and visual ideas. The Artist Books in this exhibition are composed of text accompanied by drawings, collages or prints, including etchings, drypoints, and direct transfer monoprints. The relationship of text to image can be uncertain. In some books, the text may be suggested by the artwork. In others, the images are imaginative renderings of existing text.
