DESCRIPTION:2-Session Workshop\nMon 30 July and 15 August (Individual Artists)\nWed 8 August and Mon 20 August (Art Organizations)\nThis two-part workshop will cover how to make your grant proposal a compelling case for support. Gather information on researching potential funders, contacting program officers, identifying your needs in a language that is heard and understood, preparing and understanding your budget, and presenting supplemental material. In-session and take-home writing exercises will provide practical experience; completed take-home assignments will be reviewed in a mock-panel format during the second session.
