SUMMARY:Trace – Contemporary Printmaking
DESCRIPTION:\nUn Chin Art Project is pleased to invite you to the opening of TRACE, an exhibition bringing together the work of eight artists whose practices explore the technical, conceptual, and expressive richness of contemporary printmaking.\n\n\n\nThrough woodcut, linocut, etching, aquatint, screen printing, and Solar Plate, the show traces a path through diverse approaches to the printed image as a space of memory, identity, landscape, and experience. Each print is the result of an encounter between the artist’s hand, the matrix, and the paper — a material trace that preserves gestures, stories, and ways of inhabiting the world. Participating artists: Alex Fernandez • Alex Guerrero • Luanda Lozano • Pedro Medina • Carly Mock • Marie Rijo • Julio Valdez • Ezequiel Taveras (curator). This exhibit is powered by JPD Foundation.\n
