No music or meditation experience needed!\nLove and Kindness\nSaturday, April 25, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.\n \nAn exploration of the characteristics of love and what connects us to each other; featuring vocalist Asha Lindsey of the Unsung Collective and Philharmonic Associate Principal Clarinet Benjamin Adler, violinist Yulia Ziskel, Associate Principal Viola Rebecca Young, and Associate Principal Bass Max Zeugner.\n \nMindfulness and Deep Listening\nSaturday, May 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m.\nAn exploration of the wellness benefits of music; featuring Philharmonic violinists Kuan Cheng and Sharon Yamada, violist Vivek Kamath, and cellist Sumire Kudo.\nThese workshops, presented in collaboration with Northwell Health and The Abyssinian Baptist Church — will be facilitated by Oneika Mays, mindfulness expert and author, and Sylvia Földes-Berman, supervisor of creative arts therapy at Northwell Health.\n \n
