SUMMARY:Public Art Party
DESCRIPTION:In the public art world, we don’t have gallery openings, art fairs, residencies or natural meeting places…this is our chance to meet, talk, make friends and hang out together. Artists, fabricators, public art administrators, real estate developers, private art consultants, public art curators, and more are welcome to join this community-building event.\nBring your burning questions the Sugar Hill Children’s Museum for Hot Topics in Public Art, an interactive and irreverent conversation with these experts from across the field: Savona Bailey-McClain, Executive Director and Chief Curator at the West Harlem Art Fund, Sherwin Banfield, an Artist and Hip Hop Sculptor, Mia Pearlman, an Artist and Moderator, & Seph Rodney, an Art Critic and Curator. Come for a lively discussion and stay for the after-party!\n
