For Hillman, the soul is not simply a part of the human being, but rather, the very essence of our existence.It is through the soul that we experience life in all its complexity, since it connects us with our emotions, our passions and our deepest desires.\nFrom this perspective, FdlM invites us to discover or reconnect with the soul of the archetype through this series of studies painted during his residency at Art on the Avenue, Inwood. Based on people linked or who reside in upper Manhattan, and presenting them as mythical figures through painting, Franck captures and attributes an archetypal role to each subject inspired by their life story, profession or vocation.\nUptown Arquetipico is a meditative series aimed to connect the viewer with everyday archetypes, as a foundation for tapping into their own soul archetype, to conquer challenges of a fast paced life, and celebrate their own purpose and meaning in the world.\n///\nSegún James Hillman, destacado psicólogo y escritor arquetípico, el alma es un arquetipo universal que forma la base de todas las experiencias humanas. Para Hillman, el alma no es simplemente una parte del ser humano, sino la esencia misma de nuestra existencia.
