Hood Wright Park during Alternate Side Parking hours.\nThe procession will gradually unfold from 11:30am-1pm and can be viewed by pedestrians and cars parked along both 173rd street and 176th street between Fort Washington and Haven Avenue.\nThis project is made possible in part with funds from Creative Engagement, a regrant program supported by the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council, and administered by LMCC.\n
