DESCRIPTION:For the second year in a row, we are excited to present a 5-part bilingual (Spanish/English) Reproductive Freedom Film Series titled “Verano de Rabia: Our bodies/Our labor,” which is running from June to August 2022 and is hosted in an outdoor community space in Washington Heights.\nThroughout the summer, we will welcome in the space fellow organizers and healthcare providers, who will speak from the frontlines of struggle in NYC and other localities across the United States and Latin America. We will also share resources on sexual and reproductive health, especially for those among our communities that face the biggest barriers to access.\nDoors open at 7:00 pm, and the screening begins at 8:00 p.m. There will be food and drinks for sale from our local vendors. After the films, we will facilitate a community conversation. \n
