DESCRIPTION:\nA Health and Wellness Movement Workshop on Cultivating Joy\n\n\n\nExplore what it means to cultivate and share joys from everyday life.\n\n\n\nWe will begin with watching the breath; Explore relaxation exercises and reflect on moments of joy; and use simple movements to share these joys.\n\n\n\nDONATION POLICY: This workshop is offered on a donation basis which allows us to be a more approachable community that can better serve a diverse group of people with varying budgets. Please do not feel obligated to pay; you are free to donate at the workshop however much you want, or are able, to afford.\n\n\n\n*All attendees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the CDC, wear a mask, and present both photo identification and a valid vaccine card.
