In this workshop, we will engage in active storytelling of the book The Music From Our Country by Dabrali Diaz , explore movement related to the story, and learn Bachata basics. Attendance for this outdoor event is by reservation. Reserve your free ticket now!\nPresented in partnership with Dance Project of Washington Heights and Word Up Community Bookshop/Librería Comunitaria.\nFree with pre-registration. Limit of six places per family. We encourage all guests to bring a picnic blanket to sit on the lawn and enjoy the story!\nWant to explore the park and Mansion with your family before the workshop begins? Join us for our free Bilingual Mansion & Grounds Tour en espanol at 11:30 AM on Saturday, August 14th.\nSafety Requirements:\nThis socially-distanced workshop will be held outside of Morris-Jumel Mansion on the bluestone patio.
