DESCRIPTION:Join BALLROOM BASIX USA (BBX), an arts-in-education, Ballroom, Latin & Line Dance initiative, for a series of FREE dance classes at Fort Tryon Park!\nOur dedicated Teaching Artists invite you to join them at Fort Tryon Park, on four consecutive Wednesdays in August, for some “fun, fitness & fancy footwork.” Throughout this exciting series of dance classes, Teaching Artists will lead participants through the basics of merengue, salsa and swing – and even a barn dance! Join us for our big Kickoff Event on August 4th, and come back for Dance Wednesdays on August 11th, 18th, and 25th. Classes run from 6pm to 7:30pm.\nBeginners welcome! Family-friendly. Participants are warmly encouraged to attend the entire event series. Social distancing and masking encouraged. \nCome get your groove on with us…and boogie with BALLROOM BASIX USA!\n
