Drag Bingo @IndianRoadCafe – Fundraiser for Uptown Arts Stroll

Join us for a meal, drink or dessert and bingo! Benefitting NoMAA Uptown Arts Stroll, Thursday, April 27, 8pm – Drag Bingo @IndianRoadCafe.

Funds raised that evening will help underwrite the cost to us of performances at the Uptown Arts Stroll opening on Wednesday 31 May 2017, 6–9pm, at the United Palace.

Bingo cards are $3 each and four cards for $10. Prizes include dinner for two at the Indian Road Cafe, the Garden Cafe, 809 Restaurant and Lounge, gift certificates to ChocNYC, and two tickets to UP Theater Company’s next show “Lost/Not Found,” 3–19 May.

Your support on April 27 will be greatly appreciated and we hope that you will join us on that evening at the Indian Road Cafe.

The Morris-Jumel Mansion (MJM) will host the third annual Culture and Arts Festival (CAFé) on 12 October 2013. Interested in promoting your art at the festival? MJM is offering musicians and artists the opportunity to actively take part in this year’s festival. Participants will be charged a booth fee for the tent rental, set-up and use of utilities, but will keep 100% of all the revenue made that day at their booths.

The aim of Morris-Jumel Mansion’s CAFé is to create a stronger, more enriched, and engaged community in Washington Heights. We expect the event will help generate a greater awareness of the diversity of Upper Manhattan and a sense of community for your business. The last two years of CAFé were a rousing successes, attracting more than 700 visitors each year who experienced the wide range of cultural and artistic programming that was offered throughout the day. Performers and artists included: Underworld Productions Opera, Singer/Reenactor Rich Bala, Storyteller Bobby Gonzalez, Organic Magnetics and Diaspora Now. Restaurants and food vendors will include Tea by Tiffany, Chef Rafael Palomino, Sassy Sweets and others to be announced soon!
