Memoir Writing
You know you have a good story, and you’ve been thinking about telling it for years. But you’re not sure where or how to begin. Join Victoria Loustalot, author of the highly acclaimed memoir This Is How You Say Goodbye, along with her editor, Brenda Copeland from St. Martin’s Press, and literary agent Jessica Regal of Foundry Media, to learn how to find your story — and your audience.

11 a.m. – noon
Social Media for Writers
The digital world has ushered in powerful changes for authors, most especially in the area of social media. Now it seems as if everyone has to have a website, Facebook account, and twitter feed, with as many friends and followers as possible. Join Erin Cox from St. Martin’s Press; Lauren Hesse from Random House; and Ron Hogan, host of TheHandsell.com, to find out how to use a variety of social media to promote your writing career.
