A Poster Is Chosen for the Arts Stroll
“I instructed the panel to choose six posters that represented the Stroll,” said Sandra A. García-Bentacourt, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of NoMAA. “And they did a great job.” After a close vote, the winner emerged: Mary Ann Wincorkowski, a Washington Heights resident and fashion designer. read more »
